We Love San Francisco
I can’t tell you enough how much love we have for the city of San Francisco. Every time we go up there to play, I wonder why I torture myself living in the toxic wasteland of Los Angeles. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not one of those LA haters, but it is inevitable. As soon as you leave LA for SF, you notice some seemingly basic improvements. Air is cleaner, air smells sweeter, and it’s easier to breathe. Can’t argue with that. Not to mention, the abundance of hippies makes the city very friendly to the vegetarians. Good food is around every corner.
This time we did the touristy stuff. We went to the suicide capital of the west coast, the Golden Gate Bridge. Fortunately, no one met their untimely end on this day. It was cool and windy and totally awesome. We didn’t exceed our crab allotment as apparently you are only allowed 35 crabs per person. Seems like a lot of crabs, but 35 is the magic number so get in there ya crabby bastards! We also witnessed some nerds on Segues. Can’t wait till our next SF visit. Alcatraz here we come!!!

D.I.Y. RESIDENCY ‘09

Hey Kids,
We’ve been thinking about doing a residency for awhile now but never could find the right venue for the job. We wanted a place that was intimate, all ages and would let us charge nothing at the door. We came to the conclusion that the only place that we could think of would be our REHEARSAL ROOM! We are going to be playing a show to the first 25 kids who show up to our rehearsal building and meet us in the parking lot at 8:30PM every Friday for the month of September. From there, we will go up to our space and we will play you a different set each week. Bring your video camera, camera phones, audio recording devices whatever you want to document new unreleased material each week! Bring friends, relatives or even parents! We don’t give a F who you bring but we are going to rock the F out for you!
